The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, with attractions such as FUTA, Ben Thanh Market, and Plaza Mayor within walking distance. The rooms are of a comfortable size and have strong air conditioning. The hot water in the bathroom is plentiful and the hotel provides disposable toiletries. The staff is welcoming and helpful, with a 24-hour front desk. Taxi instructions from the airport are provided via email.
The front desk reservations for buses and tours can be expensive.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, with the rooms and amenities being well-maintained. The hotel facilities were excellent, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, with the receptionist always greeting us with a smile and promptly addressing any questions we had. The location was perfect, situated in the heart of the city and within walking distance of major attractions and markets.
